Code of Conduct.
FiDi Hoops is invite-only because we want a real run with real respect. Keep it that way.
The rules.
- Show up on time. Doors lock at tip. Late equals no run.
- RSVP or drop early. If you're locked in and can't make it, drop in the app so standby gets in.
- No unannounced guests. Your invite is yours. Anyone else needs admin approval first.
- Play hard, talk respectful. Trash talk in good fun is fine. Personal, racist, homophobic, or threatening anything is not.
- Hands off the staff and the space. Léman is a school. Treat the gym, the doors, and the people who let us in there with care.
- Call your own. No blood, no foul attitude. Make the call, move on.
- Pick up after yourself. Water bottles, tape, trash. Leave it cleaner than we found it.
Strikes.
We track no-shows, late drops, unannounced guests, and conduct issues.
- 1 strike: Heads up from an admin.
- 2 strikes: Pushed to the back of the standby line for two weeks.
- 3 strikes: Removed from the list. Invite revoked.
Zero tolerance.
Physical violence, harassment, or anything that puts the run or the venue at risk is an instant removal. No strike count needed.
