Liability Waiver.
Read this before your first run. By creating an account and showing up, you're agreeing to it.
Assumption of risk.
Basketball is a contact sport. I understand that participating in FiDi Hoops runs at 25 Greenwich Street (Léman Manhattan Preparatory School) involves risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, concussion, and other physical harm. I choose to participate voluntarily and assume all of that risk.
Release.
I release FiDi Hoops, its organizers, other players, Léman Manhattan Preparatory School, and the owners and operators of the facility from any claim for injury, loss, or damage I may suffer in connection with the run, except for claims caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Fitness to play.
I confirm I am physically fit to play full-court basketball, and I am not aware of any medical condition that would make it unsafe to do so. If that changes, I will not play until it's resolved.
Insurance.
FiDi Hoops does not provide medical or accident insurance. Any medical care I need before, during, or after a run is my own responsibility.
Conduct.
I have read and agree to the Code of Conduct. I understand my invite can be revoked at any time for breaking it.
