What we collect

From signup: name, email, phone, height, position, college, and optional high school, Instagram handle, basketball experience, and profile photo. From use: which runs you RSVP to and attend, your standby spot, and any strikes.

What we use it for

• Approving you and showing your card on The List to other approved members.
• Sending RSVP confirmations, Friday lock reminders, Saturday morning address blasts, and waitlist updates.
• Tracking attendance, streaks, and strikes for run fairness.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or share your phone number or email with third parties.
• We do not run ads or share data with ad networks.
• We do not show standby names to anyone except admins and other standby players.

Who can see what

• Approved members see other approved members' name, photo, height, position, school, Instagram, and runs played.
• Only admins see emails, phone numbers, strikes, and full attendance history.
• The standby list is only visible to admins and people who are themselves on standby.

Vendors we use

Supabase (database, auth, storage) and our email and SMS providers. They process data only to deliver the FiDi Hoops experience.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to opt out of run reminders. To delete your account or update your info, DM @fidihoops.
